• You request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
• The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items:

• Customized or personalized t-shirts.
• Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
• Any product that has been used or washed.

2. Return Process

2. Return Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive return shipping instructions.
3. Ship the Item: Send the item back using a trackable courier service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Policy

• Approved refunds amount will be credited within 5 to 7 days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider.

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, please request a return and place a new order within 5 days.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, please request a return and place a new order within 5 days. We will arrange a replacement in 5 days or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
